Since each piece is made just for you, I don’t accept returns or exchanges at this time.

• On the rare occasion that I can offer a return or exchange, the buyer would be responsible for postage and making sure the item is returned unworn and in its original condition.

• If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to me as soon as you get it—I’ll be happy to help make things right!

Please note that we ship all orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. If ordering Next Day Shipping before 1PM Eastern Time, the order will be shipped that same day.

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Our standard postage is by Royal Mail 1st class post  which has delivery guidelines of 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed to arrive within this timeframe.

 For all custom items please allow 3-5 weeks from the order date (this does not include delivery time) for the item to ship.
